Verified Clinic Account (VCA) Updates
Uploader should recognize when an account has setup a Data Storage Account (DSA) and ignore it

- Uploader discovers if the VCA account has setup a DSA, and if so, removes any possible effects that DSA may have, including:
- Upon login to VCA Uploader with DSA, the text box should say "Search" in grey font.
- Upon login to VCA Uploader with DSA, the Add New button should be blue.
- Upon login to VCA Uplaoder, if the VCA has a DSA, the DSA should not appear in the Select Patient search box.

Adding new users in VCA Uploader

- After logging in to the VCA Uploader, the "Add New" button (when not in hover state) should be blue.
- After going to a patient page in the VCA uploader, then returning to the home Search page, the "Add New" button (when not in hover state) should be blue. This currently works as written. Further development may not be needed.
- When in hover state, Add New button is purple. This currently works as written. Further development may not be needed
