First draft Tandem driver that will work against the devel environment.
Includes:
- actual basal rates, including temps and suspend, but without suppressed/"dotted line" information for these
- boluses and wizards
- manually entered smbgs
It does not include settings, because tideline can't yet visualize Tandem-style settings.
NB: This version of the uploader was built with "debug mode" turned ON since we want help testing.
