You can download the app in one of its APK forms below. Note that the Padawan-0-10-0-universal-release.apk APK will work on all devices but is significantly bigger in size (25MB). The Padawan-0-10-0-arm64-v8a-release.apk will work on most modern phones, so it's a safe bet if you are unsure what architecture your phone has.
