Fixed

• Dishwasher/Hood: Some appliances (such as the Bosch DWF97RW65/01 Hood) do not return information about all of the settings supported by their functional or ambient lights unless they are switched on. To cope with these appliances the plugin now attempts to switch the lights on when first started. (#24)
