@mrnerdhair has done some incredible work to speed up the filter processing. So this version should be much more snappy for almost all use cases.

Also thanks to everyone who has been helping with testing and reporting bugs!
This is a big change, and I appreciate your patience.

• Significant speedups - can't thank @mrnerdhair enough!
  This may or may not cause instability on some very old devices - testing has been inconclusive.
• Fix slowdowns in GUI editor when adding new filters (no more displaying every single entity)
• Make sure empty cards are really hidden, even in the new Sections based dashboards

• Fix show_empty not working right for templates
• Fix matching of numerical values
• Fix show_empty not working more than once for templates.
• Fix server slowdowns and broken multiline templates.
• Fix for templates with quotes in them
• Allows you to do entity: this.entity_id in options. You shouldn't, though.
