@mrnerdhair has done some incredible work to speed up the filter processing. So this version should be much more snappy for almost all use cases.

This may or may not cause instability on some very old devices - testing has been inconclusive. - Fix slowdowns in GUI editor when adding new filters (no more displaying every single entity)
- Make sure empty cards are really hidden, even in the new Sections based dashboards
