New Features
- Frontend overlay icon and action can be configured in Frontend settings. Allows for an overlay icon to show on selected panels. This can be useful when hiding sidebar and header as you can still end up on a Home Assistant panel like History with no way to navigate away. See CONFIGURATION PANEL docmentation for more information. (Feature Request #851)

- Fix playing media on browser causing Google Cast play to fail (Issue #921)
- Set preview mode on hosted card element of custom:popup-card in UI edit mode. Allows for underlying card configuration errors to show once Frontend update is availlable.

- Update Objector selector monitoring to recurse into <ha-form-expandable>. Fixes YAML error checking in action editor of header icon when editing custom:popup-card. (Issue #900)
- Fix header icons not showing in popup card preview. Also updated preview styles to batch popup dialog. (Issue #897)
