Run now works for console applications too (MCAmiga XPE report): launched programs get an auto-appearing console window - it only opens if the program actually uses the console, so GUI apps behave exactly as before, while Shell-based apps like MCAmiga get a real interactive window (with a close gadget, staying open until you close it). Launches also get a proper 100 KB stack, covering ports that assume a big-stack icon launch.
