Contribute from your Amiga: the new 'amipkg submit [description]' authors a complete catalog entry ON the Amiga - it downloads the archive, computes the SHA-256 pin locally, harvests Version/Short from the Aminet readme, and sends the draft in for review. A courier validates every submission and opens a review branch; nothing enters the signed catalog without maintainer review and the offline signature - the Amiga is the authoring tool, not a trust shortcut. Also: both GUIs gained a 'Submit a Package...' menu entry (GUI form planned).
