• Updated spotifywebapipython package requirement to spotifywebapipython>=1.0.258. This updates the AuthTokenGenerator.py sample code to account for changes to the Spotify Web API when using the Spotify Desktop Application client id. As of around 2025/12/14, one can no longer retrieve user profile information when using the Spotify Desktop Application client id; trying to do so will result in a "429 - api rate limit exceeded" error message.
