Major Changes (October 2025):
Changes:
Removed Winring0 dependency and replaced with PawnIO - No longer flagged or disabled by Windows Defender Antivirus
Fixes:
Finally properly fixed dialog window refreshing issue.
Finally properly fixed autostart which now can work from wherever sidebar is installed!
Fixed changelog display bug
Fixed assembly versions of sidebar so it shows the file version correctly
Upgrade notes:
SidebarDiagnostics is now a .NET V8 application built to a support minimum of Windows 10.
Only standalone build supported at the moment.
Known Issues:
The standalone build will not auto-update.
a number of hardware IDs were lost in the Winring0 to PawnIO transition due to the upstream change in LibreHardwareMonitor. This means some monitoring values may still show zero. This can only be fixed when that missing chipset is added to LibreHardwareMonitor
Dependency updates:
Update LibreHardwareMonitor V0.9.4 up to latest build LibreHardwareMonitor/LibreHardwareMonitor@9ba0002
Standalone Installation:
To run the app without installing, download the the zip file, extract it to a location of your choice and run "SidebarDiagnostics.exe". If you have an existing settings.json that can be copied into the folder its running from.
