• Worktree task session creation - createSession called with wrong signature, silently failing (#22)
• --continue on fresh directories - checks for JSONL history before adding flag (#23)
• Worktree path/branch collisions - handles both "path exists" and "branch checked out" cases (#24)
• Double-dash flag values - checkbox values produced ----flag instead of --flag (#25)

• Initial prompt passthrough - worktree task prompt forwarded to Claude CLI on first launch (#25)
• Session flags persistence - CLI flags stored on session and applied on spawn (#25)
