v1.14.1

This update fixes SABnzbd activity reporting, refines the dashboard on phones, and adds ways to handle replaced movies and separate Jellyfin browser links.

Downloads

  • SABnzbd jobs count as Downloading when they made progress between updates. Waiting jobs no longer inflate the active count, and new jobs show Checking activity until a comparison is available.
  • SABnzbd and NZBGet cards no longer repeat the client total as each job's speed. Download speeds use KiB/s and MiB/s; file sizes keep their existing decimal units.
  • SABnzbd time estimates are labelled as including queue time. Filtered speeds remain unavailable when the client total cannot be assigned to the selected categories.
  • The Now Playing download indicator can show known traffic while the job count is still being checked.

Dashboard

  • Updated the typography with locally bundled Barlow fonts and refined Statistics labels and contrast.
  • History on phones keeps the title, user, time and watched duration together, with expandable playback details. Empty filtered results can clear all filters.
  • Made the mobile sidebar more compact and improved keyboard focus when opening, closing or resizing it.
  • Downloads keeps useful keyboard focus when queue controls or clients disappear during refresh.
  • Now Playing updates media details during same-session episode changes while diagnostics are open, and preserves loaded avatars during those refreshes.
  • Server Activity shows the last successful timestamp for cached sections and distinguishes a refresh attempt from a fully fresh result.

Replaced movies

Deleting and re-adding a movie in Jellyfin can leave separate Statistics entries and missing artwork. The new history:replace-movie command lets you link a deleted item to its current replacement after confirming they are the same movie.

Mappings combine Statistics and monthly recap entries, include the group's plays in History drilldowns, and use the current artwork. Original History IDs and watch time stay intact. This is a manual repair, not automatic title matching. Mappings can be undone with history:unlink-movie.

See the movie replacement guide for preview, apply and undo commands. Back up the full database to preserve mappings; History CSV exports do not include them.

Jellyfin browser links

Set the optional JELLYFIN_LINK_URL when Jellydash connects through an internal address that your browser cannot reach. Recently Added, Devices and Server Activity use it for links that open Jellyfin. API requests and images continue to use JELLYFIN_URL.

Leave it empty to keep the existing address. A reverse-proxy base path is supported, but do not include /web. An invalid nonempty value hides the links without disabling the Jellyfin connection.

Updating

The new movie replacement table is created automatically. No manual SQL import or required configuration change is needed. Existing movie duplicates need an explicit replacement mapping; updating alone does not combine them.

For Compose installations:

docker compose pull && docker compose up -d

For a pinned image, use ghcr.io/themartz90/jellydash:1.14.1. On Unraid, use the normal container update. If you enable JELLYFIN_LINK_URL with an older Compose file, add the variable to the app service's environment using the current Compose example.
