v15.2.1 — npm trusted publishing

What changed

• npm publishing now uses trusted publishing (OIDC). The "Publish to npm" GitHub Actions workflow authenticates to npm with a short-lived OIDC token issued for this repository's workflow instead of the long-lived NPM_TOKEN secret, which had been failing on every tag since v13.26.1. Trusted publishes also carry an npm provenance attestation linking the package to the commit and workflow that built it. (#5063)

No runtime behavior changes in the plugin or worker; this release exists to ship through the new publishing path.
