Changelog:

- Watchdog is now opt-in to comply with Google policies. IMPORTANT: If you use watchdog, please go to settings and re-enable watchdog if it got disabled after the update
- Added a toggle to grant/revoke Shizuku permission for all apps at once (See #42)
- Toggling TCP mode now shows a prompt to restart Shizuku if it was already running, so that the setting takes effect immediately. Shizuku will wait for Wi-Fi before restarting to minimize downtime (See #43)
- Updated README with disclaimer that this is a fork of the original Shizuku, and also listed the fork's features for visibility
