A lot of functions were removed from the php doc. Rather than also removing them from safe, I decided to move them to a deprecated folder.
The functions should still be usables, although they should be flagged as deprecated in a future feature. -
'imagepsencodefont', 'imagepsextendfont', 'imagepsfreefont', 'imagepsslantfont' were removed because their corresponding functions were removed in php7.0 , meaning theses safe functions never actually worked.
