New features
- The toolbar has been greatly improved, it is now a persistent Obsidian view which you can move anywhere you like. It can be closed, and reopened using the ribbon button or the same hotkey as before (#27)
- Table commands will no longer show up in the command palette unless the cursor is in a table (#39)
Bug fixes
- Code snippets in a table no longer disrupt the formatting (#56)
