GeoPulse 1.37.1

GeoPulse 1.37.1 is a small polish and compatibility release. GeoJSON imports now support MultiPoint data, mobile Timeline context menus behave more cleanly, and profile settings now let users choose distance and temperature units separately. This release also improves TinyAuth/OIDC login behavior and adds Helm controls for backend deployment strategy.
