Friends timeline

The Friends page was re-implemented again and now you can see either Live map with your friends (only latest location is displayed) or whole timeline for your friends. The friend should allow you to see their timeline or live location. This permission is configured per friend. See #241

Allow personal custom map tiles on shared pages

See #239 - GeoPulse now allows to use custom map tiles (if configured) on shared live/timeline location. By default this feature is disabled. You can enable it per each shareable link during link creation or when you edit existing links.

Allow to set preferable language for Nominatim and Photon reverse geocoding providers.

The language can be set via Admin Panel (Settings -> Geocoding) or via env variables:
