In this release I fixed two issues:

1. #31 - we sent unexpected response to OwnTracks (via HTTP)
2. #14 - fixed Photon integration - we wrongly used bounding_box received from Photon which caused the issues with Timeline addresses

New Feature implemented:

1. New Page "Reverse Geocoding Management" (/app/geocoding-management) was created to provide a way to update reverse geocoding results and if needed reconcile any selected (or all) results using different geocoder.
