v2.0.2 Dragonberry Cosmos v0.45.9 Upgrade
This release should be deployed with a coordinated halt-height upgrade.
It is a state-breaking upgrade that:
fully patches lunc for dragonberry
upgrades to cosmos-sdk v0.45.9
upgrades to ibc-go v1.5.0
continues to use the oracle-enableed tendermint build
This also includes a fix to the LCD gas calculation.
Note
This release does not attempt to fix the ibc channels into and out of Osmosis. A subsequent release should be coordinated using governance to re-activate those channels.
