This release should be deployed with a coordinated halt-height upgrade by lunc's rebellious validators.
It is a state-breaking upgrade that:
- fully patches lunc for dragonberry
- upgrades to cosmos-sdk v0.45.9
- upgrades to ibc-go v1.5.0
- continues to use the oracle-enableed tendermint build
Note
This release does not attempt to fix the ibc channels into and out of Osmosis. A subsequent release should be coordinated using governance to re-activate those channels.
If TFL is still running infrastructure for lunc, they should be contacted as all RPC servers will need to be upgraded to this version in order to continue to operate smoothly.
