This is the third release candidate for VAST v1.1.
The most notable changes in this release are a new aggregate transform step plugin and the initial release of the closed-source compaction plugin. All user-facing changes are documented in the CHANGELOG document.
Since the second release candidate, we fixed an issue that let partition transforms crash a VAST server if the transformation yielded no events.
VAST is in feature freeze until v1.1, which is expected to land at 2022-02-24 2022-03-01 2022-03-03. We encourage you to give the release candidate a spin and report back any findings.
