Includes profile-owned A3/Workshop grammar, Workshop route validation, target-aware segment validation and preflight, shared model-specific segment page layout, and explicit music capability allowlists. Existing supported-device behavior is intended to remain unchanged; H66A0 remains unsupported and H6076 effects remain disabled.
Known completeness gaps: basic-effect/canonical-template and scene activation dispatch still contains exact-model extension constraints; semantic segment builders permit omission of an effective-profile override. This RC does not close #272 and is not stable-merge approval.
Independent correctness and Ponytail reviews completed. Full make check, Hassfest and HACS passed on the source commit. ZIP and SHA-256 checksum are attached. Supervised Home Assistant qualification is pending; previous installed version is v7.4.1 for rollback.
