Temporary H6199 test build for #532. Adds separate effect and device controls for saturation, capture area, content mode, sound and softness, with a button showing both banks’ readback and missing replies. Device controls allow 0–100; effect controls retain the existing 1–100 bounds. No automatic setting restoration is added. Hardware behaviour remains unverified.
