Experimental H6125 validation build for #117.

This RC enables the complete mapped candidate surface for one exact modern controller branch:

• pact type 1, pact code 2;
• firmware 1.07.00 or newer;
• exactly three-part hardware 1.x at 1.00.03 or newer.

Included:

• power and raw-register percentage brightness;
• RGB and exact 2000–9000 K colour temperature;
• 15 segment colours and brightness levels with five-group readback;
• all 240 native scenes;
• 11 basic and expanded music modes;
• Type04 single and multi effects using A1 transport and selector 0x00fe.

Safety boundaries:

• setup rejects every other H6125 controller branch;
• Type04 captures and verifies complete prior segment state for recovery;
• scene editing/default overrides, painted Type03 effects, Advanced, Workshop, and video controls remain disabled.

This is a device-validation prerelease, not stable H6125 support. Capabilities will be narrowed to the hardware results before merge.
