H6125 device-validation build

This release is intentionally limited to the evidence-supported probe surface:

• power on recognised H6125 hardware families;
• experimental raw-register brightness on hardware family 1.*;
• power-only operation on recognised 2.01.* and 3.* hardware;
• passive aa 05 01 and segment-query packet diagnostics;
• the full H6125 catalogue packaged as inert protocol data.

RGB, colour temperature, segment controls/state, scenes, music, DIY and Effect Studio workflows are disabled. Use the staged validation instructions on #117.
