H6102 compatibility fixes for #310.
- Includes the colour-capability stability fix already released in v7.13.1, preserving cached identity across reconnects.
- Accepts legacy H6102 brightness readback of 0xff as full brightness, preventing setup retries. Outgoing brightness remains capped at 0xfe.
- Preserves manually configured firmware/hardware support for legacy whole-strip RGB.
H6102 remains Experimental. This candidate does not add scenes or music support to Pact 1 devices.
