Candidate fix for BLE capability churn and temporary camera-status resets during normal polling and reconnects.
- Retain cached identity for stable capability presentation while requiring current-connection confirmation for identity-dependent commands.
- Keep optional observations visible while querying, and mark unanswered fields unknown only after their read deadline.
- Add per-device Release and Hold connection modes for devices with readable state. Release remains the default. Hold consumes one Bluetooth proxy connection slot and blocks Govee Home BLE access.
Hardware qualification is pending. Install through HACS and restart Home Assistant before testing.
