H6125 experimental support

Added

• Exact H6125 scene catalogue (240 scenes) and Effect Studio native Single and Multi effects, uploaded over A1 command 02.
• H6125 colour, Kelvin, segment, brightness and music-mode control through the shared H617A paths, with the controller's brightness register and music selector
  re-encoded on the wire.
• Identity-qualified support: only pact 1 controllers on software 1.07.00 or newer and hardware 1.00.03 or newer are enabled. Other generations expose power
  and identity only.

H6125 remains Experimental, included in this stable release with explicit maintainer approval. Physical owner qualification is still outstanding.
Painted, Advanced, Workshop and authored scene editing remain unavailable. See docs/h6125-support.md for the evidence, limits and owner checklist.

Shared changes

• Per-model wire translation, A1 command 02 framing and the colour-mode query selector are now profile declarations rather than model-specific branches.

The preceding RC loaded on Home Assistant 2026.10.1 with existing H617A and H6199 entries and returned fresh state; it made no physical writes and was not
tested on H6125 hardware.
