Effect Studio RC10 simplifies creating and saving custom effects.
- Requests an effect name only when Save is selected.
- Adds a tinted, pinned New item to Single Layer, Multi Layer, and Advanced.
- Removes the duplicate in-editor effect-type selector and its obsolete conversion path.
- Retains mobile-safe colour, variation, layer, and menu interactions.
- Does not move the stable latest release.
