Increase sync lookback period from 90 days to one year

Thanks to @fossfuturaforever for pointing out that SimpleFIN can provide up to a full year's worth of data, rather than the 90-day history Budget Board previously requested.

The sync logic now requests the full one-year history on the first sync. The daily sync logic was also optimized to request only the data that is necessary.

New Force Sync Lookback Period override

A new Force Sync Lookback Period option on the Settings page lets you force the sync to always request a specific number of months of data. This is intended mainly for:

• Existing users who want to benefit from the full-year initial sync
• Reimporting older transactions
