Missing icons on Linux and Mac

Some icons showed as a plain circle on Linux and Mac while Windows showed them properly.
Every icon the launcher uses has been checked against its icon list, and the ones that were
missing are fixed:

• the help icon on Submit a Ticket - the "Something else" tile, and the icon at the top of
  the My account form (so the page you have been testing looked wrong on a Mac)
• Update channel in Settings
• the Donate tab's sidebar icon, which was new in beta.8

That is all of them - the list is complete now, not just the ones that were reported. And if
one ever goes missing again the launcher writes a line in its log saying which icon, so it can
be fixed from a bug report instead of guesswork.

side, and what each one pays for. Plus beta.6 and beta.7 - My account tickets send properly,
and each tab on Submit a Ticket shows its own form.

What to test

• Linux and Mac especially: open Submit a Ticket > My account, Settings, and Donate, and
  check the icons look like icons rather than circles.
• Windows should be unchanged - say so if anything looks different.
