New: a Donate tab

Rumbleverse is kept alive by people paying for it out of their own pockets, so there is now
a Donate tab in the sidebar with the two places that money can go, side by side.

rVclient — the parts everyone uses, whichever server you play on: the backend (accounts,
friends, parties, matchmaking, stats), the official game servers we rent and run, voice chat,
the website and domain, and code signing so Windows trusts the launcher.

Community servers — the players who host servers themselves: their own box or VPS, regions
we have no official server in, and extra lobbies when it is busy. That page is theirs, and the
money goes to them.

They are two separate pots. A donation to rVclient does not reach a community host, and a
donation to a community host does not reach the official backend — so if one particular server
is your home, the community page is the one that keeps it up.

Nothing is required and nothing is sold. Donations are voluntary gifts, not purchases, and they
buy nothing in game — no items, no coins, no priority, no advantage.

Everything from beta.6 and beta.7 is still here (My account tickets send properly, and each
Report page tab shows its own form).

What to test

• Open Donate and check both cards read clearly and the two buttons open the right pages.
• The sidebar icon should be a gift, not a blank circle (Linux and Mac especially).
• Have a quick look at the other tabs to make sure nothing moved around.
