Report page: each tab now shows its own form

Switching between Report a player and My account mixed the two forms up. Worst
case: open My account once, go back to Report a player, and you were still looking at
the account subjects ("Can't sign in", "Lost my account") instead of the report reasons

• and it stayed that way until you restarted the launcher.

• Report a player always shows the report reasons, the player lookup and the
  reporting steps.

• My account always shows the account subjects and no player lookup.

• The "How it works" panel now matches the tab you are on. My account used to explain
  how to report somebody else.

• Whatever you had picked is cleared when you switch tabs, so a subject can't be sent
  as a report reason.

• Linux and Mac: the username suggestion list could stay on screen on the My account
  tab. Fixed.

Everything from 1.7.72-beta.6 is still here (My account tickets actually send, and you
get a ticket number back).

What to test

• Click between Report a player, My account and Appeal a ban a few times.
  Each one should show only its own fields and its own steps, every time.
• Pick a reason, switch tabs, switch back - nothing from the other tab should be left over.
• Send one of each you can, and check it shows up under Tickets with a number.

Found a problem? Send your launcher log (Settings > Logs) with the ticket number.
