Launcher
- Pick your theme. New Settings → Appearance: Dark (the new look, default) or Classic (the original purple and gold). Your choice is saved and used every time rVclient starts - press Restart now after changing it.
Game mod
- Includes the invisible players fix from 1.7.62: an opponent your teammates could see but you couldn't is rebuilt within a few seconds, in every mode and while spectating.
Includes everything from v1.7.62.
Installation
New install
- Download
rvclient-launcher.zip - Extract to your desired folder (e.g.
C:\rVclient) - Run
rVclient.exe, set your game path if asked, and choose your username in Settings - Accept the game mod update when the launcher offers it, then press Play (or Safe mode for a minimal direct launch)
Update an existing install
- Launcher users: the launcher offers the update itself - accept it and it installs the new launcher and Client.dll.
- Mod only: download
RVClient-VoiceChat-v1.7.63.zipand extract everything into your game'sRumbleverse\Binaries\Win64folder (overwrite). - Update blocked by your antivirus? Close rVclient, delete the
update-stagingfolder inside your rVclient folder, add your rVclient and Rumbleverse folders to your antivirus exclusions, then accept the update again. - If rVclient won't open to take the update: open Command Prompt as administrator and run
taskkill /F /T /IM rVclient.exe, then start rVclient again.
