v1.7.44 - Update: region picker, voice chat opt-in, smoother matchmaking

Voice chat is now opt-in. It is off until you switch it on in the launcher (Settings > Voice > Voice chat) - and it now turns on or off right away, even mid-match, no restart needed.
New Mute everyone (Settings > Voice): keep voice on and still talk, but hear nobody. Works instantly.
Your account name everywhere: the lobby and the players you KO now see your rVclient account name instead of your PC name.
Play Again / Respawn: Playground always keeps Respawn; Battle Royale uses Play Again. Play Again waits longer for the next match instead of showing "connection lost".
Fixed a crash when leaving a match after the server closed.
The Discord Join button is only offered in Playground (Battle Royale modes are joined through matchmaking).

Pick your matchmaking region: Settings > Matchmaking region. Auto (lowest ping, shown next to each region) or lock one region. In a party the leader's choice is used.
Server Status: servers are grouped by region. Solos, Duos, Trios and Squads show Play - they're joined through matchmaking - with an option to match you in that server's region; Playground keeps Join.
The invite link / console command buttons are for Playground; in a Battle Royale match invite friends to your party instead.
Party invites from the launcher fixed.
Quicker updates from now on: when an update only changes the game mod, the launcher swaps Client.dll without restarting itself.
Clearer messages while the region list is loading.

Download rvclient-launcher.zip
Extract to your desired folder (e.g. C:\rVclient)
Run rVclient.exe, set your game path if asked, and choose your username in Settings
Press Play (or Safe mode for a minimal direct launch)

Launcher users: the launcher offers the update itself - accept it and it restarts on 1.7.44 and installs the new game files.
Mod only: download RVClient-VoiceChat-v1.7.44.zip and extract everything into your game's Rumbleverse\Binaries\Win64 folder (overwrite). Run RVLauncherSetup.exe to get the updated launcher.
If rVclient won't open to take the update: open Command Prompt as administrator and run taskkill /F /T /IM rVclient.exe, then start rVclient again.
