v1.7.39 - Server status per mode, server-online alerts, billboard fix

Launcher

• Server Status shows every game mode. Each mode has its own row - USA Playground, USA Solos - with its live state: Online (with the player count and whether a match is running), Starting up, Restarting or Offline. It refreshes every 15 seconds and every mode has its own Join button. The Asia server is no longer listed.
• Get notified when a server is back. The launcher shows a Windows notification when a game mode finishes restarting or comes back online - even while you're in a match. Click it to open Server Status. Turn it off in Settings -> Notify me when a server comes online.
• New Contact Us tab with our Discord - https://discord.gg/rvclient - a copy button, and what to include when you report a problem. The Discord link is updated everywhere in the launcher.
• Play keeps your game files current. If your game folder has an older Client.dll than the launcher carries, Play installs the newer one automatically.

Game client (Client.dll)

• Fixed: "No Billboard Data Available!" on the main menu. On first load the billboard could be built before its news arrived and never refresh. It now fills in as soon as the news is ready.

Installation

New install

1. Download rvclient-launcher.zip
2. Extract to your desired folder (e.g. C:\rVclient)
3. Run rVclient.exe, set your game path if asked, and choose your username in Settings
4. Press Play (or Safe mode for a minimal direct launch)

Update an existing install

• Launcher users: the launcher offers the update itself - accept it and it restarts on 1.7.39 and installs the new game files.
• Mod only: download RVClient-VoiceChat-v1.7.39.zip and extract everything into your game's Rumbleverse\Binaries\Win64 folder (overwrite). Run RVLauncherSetup.exe to get the updated launcher.
