Stable release with disabled friend-request prototype and the new classified update system (ModOnly/LauncherOnly/Both) with startup badge notification.
Changes:
- Friend requests disabled (commented out) until a real backend exists
- New update system: classifies updates as ModOnly, LauncherOnly, or Both
- Startup badge notification when only Client.dll needs updating (no restart)
- Launcher only updates when the new Client.dll requires a newer launcher
