v1.6.7 (Current Build) - Patch: Auto-updater tidy-up

• Fixed: after an automatic update installed, a temporary folder
  (%LOCALAPPDATA%\RVClientUpdate) was sometimes left behind with the
  downloaded zip inside (~4-5 MB). It was harmless - the next update
  cleared it - but the installer now removes it reliably right after
  relaunching the game.

• The auto_update and update_repo settings are now written into
  RVVoiceConfig.txt automatically on first launch (with comments), so the
  options are visible in the file instead of only existing as built-in
  defaults. Nothing changes in behaviour - auto-update was already on.

  (Everything from v1.6.6 - the automatic update check itself - is
  included.)
