approve 12 on a REJECTED request now works
Approving a rejected request answered "cannot be approved" — the WhatsApp action path and the web approve endpoint only accepted PENDING/FAILED, stricter than the web retry feature (v1.6.0) that already re-submits REJECTED requests. Both guards now accept PENDING/FAILED/REJECTED; only APPROVED/SUBMITTED refuse.
"Already available" feedback on approve
Approving a request whose media is already in Overseerr/Radarr/Sonarr now answers with "already available or queued" instead of a raw failure — same behavior the retry path had.
