Target a specific request when approving from WhatsApp
With multiple pending requests, admin replies now resolve the target in this order: explicit ID (approve 12) → quote-reply to the notification → bare command only when exactly one request is pending. Bare APPROVE with multiple pending no longer silently approves the newest one — it returns a digest instead.
PENDING / LIST command
Reply PENDING to get a digest of all pending requests with their IDs (#5 🎬 Dune (2021) — John), then act by ID.
Quote-reply matching
Long-press any request notification and reply to it — the bot matches the reply back to that exact request via the quoted message stanza ID. Falls back gracefully if the quote can't be matched.
Notification footer
Now shows per-request IDs and the approve 12 syntax.
Fixes
24 failing tests
request-approval.service.test.ts mocked the repo without findAll after the duplicate-check was added in v1.6.2 — every test crashed into the catch path. Fixed the mock; full suite green (738 tests).

Automatic WhatsApp reconnection
Disconnects now self-heal server-side: retries with 5/10/20/40/60s backoff (max 5 attempts) on any non-logout close after an established session or a 515 restart. Logout still wipes the session for a fresh QR. New RECONNECTING connection status with an orange badge in the UI; the old page-scoped 28s frontend retry was removed.
