- 📢 Broadcast messaging — compose one-time and recurring broadcasts (every minute/hour/daily/weekly/monthly) to selected contacts

- 🔗 LID→PN contact resolution so LID-stored contacts can receive messages

Bug Fixes:
- Corrected recipient-count aggregation (no longer double-counts child runs)
