Feature Updates

  • Web chat now accepts image attachments with any AI model, including models without vision support; image-reading capabilities still depend on the model.
  • Base creators can now delete any record comment, including comments from collaborators and App Robot. Only the original author can edit a comment.
  • Users now receive an email reminder when a Chat or App Builder task remains unread for 30 minutes after finishing, including failures and AI credit exhaustion. Localized reminders respect email preferences and link directly to the task.
  • The resource pane now includes searchable views for recent and starred resources, artifacts, and chat outputs, with clearer folder context and empty states.
  • Conversations can now be archived or marked as read, with immediate unread-indicator updates and full truncated names available on hover. “Pin” has been renamed to “Star” throughout the interface.
  • A new “Shared with me” tab in personal settings, chat, and the Artifact Manager lists artifacts previously opened through shared links, without duplicates. Access always follows current sharing settings.
  • Scheduled routines now support up to 10 schedule rules, running whenever any rule matches without duplicate runs at overlapping times. Web and mobile editors group schedules by cadence and support multiple times per row.
  • Mobile now offers a chat-first workspace with streamlined access to conversations, project resources, apps, tables, automations, dashboards, and artifacts, plus adaptive layouts for foldable devices and iPad.
  • The AI assistant can now use more than 1,500 connected data providers in chat and App Builder for tasks requiring current platform data, while avoiding unnecessary lookups when existing knowledge or standard web pages suffice.
  • Completed AI replies now collapse intermediate steps while keeping final answers, task plans, resource changes, and generated resources visible. Clearer timestamps, durations, and stopped or failed states make reply status easier to understand.
  • App Builder now continues until requested work is completed and checked, or clearly identifies information that only the user can provide.
  • Teable MCP now requests confirmation before modifying data, while read-only requests and aggregate or cross-table SQL queries can run without interruption. Integrations using call-api must switch to call-api-read or call-api-write.

Bug Fixes & Improvements

  • Incompatible field-to-field filters now show a clear, localized message identifying the fields that cannot be compared. Collaboration errors use the page or browser language when no language preference cookie is available.
  • “View progress” now opens the correct App Builder tab even when the target app is already active, while preserving the chat session, draft, and build context.
  • Fixed Excel imports for authority matrix administrators with Viewer or Commenter roles in affected databases, including permission errors when checking import status.
  • Share to Web now shows a loading state during creation and immediately displays sharing details when complete, preventing duplicate requests and misleading errors. The Base menu opens the same sharing panel, with advanced options collapsed by default.
  • Chat pages load faster with fewer redundant requests. Empty AI configurations now correctly disable AI field and chat features.
  • Sandbox storage warnings now remain consistent after sessions end and recur on subsequent conversation turns once usage reaches 80%.
  • The shared 10 GiB sandbox storage limit now includes configuration and persisted home data alongside uploads and outputs. The file manager shows each folder’s usage; configuration and home folders remain read-only. Existing sandboxes with substantial usage in these folders may reach the limit sooner.
  • Fixed bold formatting ending with CJK punctuation being lost after editing long-text fields, and eliminated a brief overflow flash when leaving an edited Markdown cell.
  • Generated query clients now reliably handle dependent and multi-hop relations without breaking existing single-table queries.
  • Improved resource-pane navigation and state preservation, including closing the pane when its final tab is removed and keeping app-specific chats visible when the pane is hidden.
  • Fixed the connected-account picker so its application list stays above “Add Secret” across window sizes and scroll positions.
  • Large CSV exports are more responsive, preserve complete and correctly ordered output, and stop promptly when canceled.
  • Disabled connector triggers now correctly appear as disconnected. Removing triggers that are already missing no longer causes unnecessary failures.
  • Invalid, expired, or revoked credentials can now be replaced directly on web and mobile without affecting similarly named credentials in other apps. App previews refresh after replacement so interrupted tasks can retry, and credential cards show clearer status and verify retries before reporting success.
  • Improved security for URL imports, cross-base links, and real-time collaboration.
  • Permanently deleting an attachment field now removes unused attachment references from storage usage and v2 exports, while preserving attachments still referenced elsewhere.
  • Onboarding example prompts and attachment labels now match the interface language, while file attachments and proper names remain unchanged.
  • App publishing now reports progress without gateway timeouts and prevents overlapping publish attempts. Duplicated apps remain unavailable for publishing, previewing, editing, or chat until copying finishes, and failed builds show clearer diagnostic details.
  • Fixed subscription payment processing so paid invoices update the correct subscription.
  • Fixed connected app skills, including Gmail skills, failing to load or activate in the current conversation.
  • Improved recovery of interrupted AI replies so content resumes without rolling back, replaying, or disappearing. Expanding and collapsing replies no longer hides final answers or generated resources, and plain-text replies remain fully expanded.
  • Fixed the only custom schedule row disappearing when cleared during editing.
  • The command palette on Space project pages now opens recent projects directly, preserves their visit order, and only shows accessible projects in the current Space.
  • Gallery, Kanban, and Calendar record menus now hide “Add to Chat” when AI Chat is disabled for the Space. When enabled, the action references the selected record without sending a message automatically.
  • Improved mobile stability during navigation, chat-sheet changes, and screen resizing, preserving active chats and resource pages while preventing overlapping content and fold-related crashes.
  • App previews can now be shared or opened in an external browser only after publication, using the published URL.
  • Empty lists now clear optional single-value and multi-value link fields consistently. Required link fields reject empty lists with the same validation used for null values.
  • Fixed .tea imports failing or producing empty tables when attachments included Office documents or ZIP files. Previously affected exports can now be imported completely without re-exporting, and new exports prevent the same issue.
  • Fixed false artifact runtime error banners and unnecessary “Fix with AI” prompts when artifacts are working correctly. Canceled image loads no longer cause repeated errors while scrolling grids.
  • Improved collaboration stability when closing tables or views that have already been deleted.
  • Fixed AI-generated record and aggregate queries being rejected before execution because of incorrect definition formatting.
  • Interrupted scheduled automation scripts now resume safely without duplicate execution. Runs that cannot resume show a clear explanation, and results are not applied to automations changed during execution.
  • Renaming a pinned table to a blank or whitespace-only name now displays the localized “Table name is required” message.
  • Improved Headless reliability when closing and restarting, ensuring pending computed values and real-time updates finish processing. Restored record imports and improved security and error responses.
  • Embedded shared forms no longer show the cookie consent banner and remain functional in sandboxed frames or browsers that block cookies or local storage.
