v0.0.4 — Prebuilt window controls

Familiar Desktop v0.0.4 installs both its Rust backend and Hyprbars as checksum-verified prebuilt binaries. Normal installation no longer invokes Hyprpm, clones Hyprland, or installs Rust or C/C++ build tools.

This preview targets Linux x86_64 and Hyprland 0.56.2, commit efb50993780079460b0cbed1363e2166a2de1d9f, with ABI efb50993780079460b0cbed1363e2166a2de1d9f_aq_0.15_hu_0.14_hg_0.5_hc_0.1_hlg_0.6. Unsupported ABIs stop without a source-build fallback.

CI builds the upstream-pinned Hyprbars revision against a dated Arch snapshot, checks its header ABI, and verifies installation of both actual release binaries and their checksums. Portable Rust and QML checks pass. Live loading and window controls on the XPS remain unverified.

Use windows instead of mac for right-aligned controls.
