Debug build for Art Mode on a Frame TV that was fully off (#784): adds millisecond trace logs from the Art Mode request until the TV accepts it. Not meant for general use.
To test: install homebridge-samsung-tizen@debug, enable Homebridge debug mode, fully turn off the TV and leave it off for a while, then turn Art Mode on from Home. Share the log lines that start with [Trace from that moment until the TV settles.
