To install this ruleset just simply put this .DLL file onto your osu/Rulesets directory under %appdata%/.
osu!lazer will do the rest for you.

If you want to have localisations into your language (Arabic, French, Korean, Russian, and Spanish are fully translated), download the Localisations.zip and extract it to the same place as the tau DLL.
