Fixed
- Control-plane build: fix the scope of the telemetry instance and cloud organization identifiers. #123
- Preview recovery: when a sandbox is marked running but its Docker container is missing or exited, the wake handler now checks the real container state and enters the existing recovery path instead of leaving the preview in a refresh loop. Regression tests cover missing, exited, healthy, and inspect-error cases. #121

Compatibility
No new configuration or breaking API changes are introduced by this patch. Existing workspace persistence behavior is unchanged. This release does not introduce prebuilt images; installation and upgrades continue to use the existing source-build workflow.
Validation
All six CI jobs on the release commit passed:
- Go formatting, vet, build, and tests.
- Console typecheck, unit tests, production build, and image build.
- Docker lifecycle end-to-end tests on amd64 and arm64.
- Installer smoke tests on Linux and macOS, including upgrade release-note tests.
