Sandboxd Desktop runtime preview.3 — scoped connection renewal

Experimental matched Linux engine/runtime bundles at source 0b5a605. Native ARM64 and x64 Go tests, auth-proxy race checks, image builds and real sandbox lifecycle passed in CI run 38825529504. Both downloaded archives independently matched source, byte counts and SHA-256 manifests. Adds authenticated, owner-scoped model-connection status and explicit renewal of an active lease without changing its token or restarting the agent. No scheduler or automatic renewal in the engine, no revival of expired/revoked grants, no production update; scoped mode remains opt-in. Desktop session renewal requires a compatible client and explicit user consent. Existing saved runtimes are not migrated automatically. Linux development tests used synthetic credentials: real Hermes/OpenClaw inference and native Windows/macOS workflows remain unverified. Claude Code and Pi require installation.
