APINex support
- Adds APINex chat, streaming, and native decision-model support, including dashboard key setup and read-only key validation.
- Preserves exact free-route IDs and rejects substituted model identities. Shared daily quota accounting is included.
- The signed live catalog already contains 11 tested APINex routes: 10 chat models and JEV 1.13 for decisions. Update the app to use the new adapter.
Other improvements since v0.16.2
- New opt-in Decision routing strategy, with confidence-aware caching.
- Provider-moment failure attribution, including the Fusion panel/judge retry path.
- Bulk deletion of custom models and a clearer Fetch models control.
- Compound upstream retry durations are parsed correctly.

Catalog access
Premium receives the new catalog entries immediately. Free retains the existing 30-day promotion schedule. This app release does not change or restart that schedule.
Desktop installers cover Windows, Apple Silicon and Intel macOS, and Linux. Stable Docker images cover amd64 and arm64.
